Amongst necessary documents for the internment, they are:

- Original ID
- Zip code or a proof of the patient’s residence (light, water, telephone), for the   correct register in cadastre of the internment;
- Patient with insurance health needs to present the membership card, beyond   guide or password of authorization, in accordance with the routine of the   operator.
